I have been licensed as a real estate broker since 1974.  Opening Benjamin Real Estate in the small town of Walnutport in Northampton County presented opportunities for experience in residential sales and construction, land development, commercial construction and sales, and residential and commercial leases.  Benjamin Real Estate has since grown to Prudential Benjamin Real Estate, with offices in Slatington and Schnecksville. 

I am a graduate of East Stroudsburg Univeristy and a State certified General Appraiser.
